🎨 Image Upload & Quality Guidelines

To ensure the best possible print quality on metal, please follow these guidelines before uploading your artwork:

  • Minimum resolution: 2000 px (longer side recommended)

  • Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG

  • Avoid: Screenshots, WhatsApp-compressed images, heavily blurred files

  • Best results: Original files from camera or high-quality mobile photos

📌 Every image is manually reviewed and optimized by our team before printing. If an image is not suitable, we’ll contact you before production.

📦 Order Processing & Tracking

  • All MetaPos posters are custom-made after you place an order

  • Production time: 2–4 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–6 working days across India

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • 📩 Email confirmation

  • 📱 WhatsApp tracking link

You can track your order anytime using the provided link.

🛠 Replacement & Damage Policy

We take quality seriously.

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged during transit

  • There is a printing defect or manufacturing issue

  • The wrong product or size is delivered

Conditions:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

📌 Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons like change of mind, incorrect image uploaded, or personal preference.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India

  • Secure packaging to protect metal prints during transit

  • Courier responsibility begins once the order is dispatched
