MetaPos offers custom-made metal posters created based on customer-selected designs or uploaded artwork. By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Orders & Custom Products

All products are made-to-order once payment is confirmed.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after production has started.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of uploaded images.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
Payments may be processed via UPI, cards, wallets, or approved payment gateways.
For COD or partial payment orders, advance payments are non-refundable once production begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or location-related factors.
MetaPos is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are not offered due to the custom-made nature of products.
Replacements are provided only in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects, subject to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

6. Fan-Art & Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they have the right to use the artwork submitted or understand that such artwork falls under personal fan-use only.
All fan-art posters are printed strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
MetaPos does not claim ownership over copyrighted characters or trademarks.

7. Limitation of Liability

MetaPos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Changes to Terms

MetaPos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
